What we collect

• Account details: name, email, date of birth, researcher type, organization, role, EIN if given, research area if given, phone if given.
• Statement records: the wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and your browser.
• Order details: items, shipping and billing addresses, shipping method and order history.
• Payment details are entered into our payment provider's secure fields. We do not store card numbers.

Why we collect it

• To confirm that buyers are 21 or older and buying for research, and to keep a record that they said so.
• To process, ship and support orders.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties.

Who we share it with

Carriers, for shipping. Our payment provider, for payment. Service providers that host our systems and send our transactional email. Authorities, when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Email and tracking

This site sends transactional email only: sign-in codes, order and shipping messages. It runs no advertising pixels. It sets one cookie to keep you signed in.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as record-keeping rules require. Statement records are kept with the orders they apply to.

Your choices

Email support@evolabsresearch.com to see, correct or close your account. Records we must keep by law, including statement records for past orders, are kept after an account closes.
