Terms of Sale

1. Who may buy

Orders are accepted only from account holders who are 21 or older, have given accurate researcher details and have signed the account statements. We may ask for more information before accepting an order and may refuse any order.

2. Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for use as a drug, food, cosmetic, dietary supplement or household chemical. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any use.

By ordering, you confirm that the products will be handled only by trained personnel in a suitable facility, and that you will not resell or transfer them for any use these terms prohibit.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order at any time before shipment, including when account details or research-use statements are incomplete or inconsistent, or when an order or correspondence points to use outside laboratory research.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown to signed-in accounts. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. We do not offer promotions or discount codes. Payment is collected before an order ships.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to US addresses as described in the shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery.

6. Returns and order issues

Returns and order issues are handled under the returns policy.

7. Your responsibilities

• Follow all laws and institutional rules that apply to buying, storing, handling and disposing of the products.
• Store and handle products as their reference pages and certificates describe.
• Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure.

8. Product information and warranties

Products are supplied as described on their reference page and batch certificate. Beyond that, products are provided as is. We make no warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EVO Labs Research against claims arising from your use, handling or transfer of the products, or from a breach of these terms or of your account statements.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown at checkout and stored with your order record.
